رابطه ی هوش معنوی، قدردانی، تعهد سازمانی و اشتیاق شغلی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی

چکیده

هدف: بررسی رابطه ی هوش معنوی، قدردانی، تعهد سازمانی و اشتیاق شغلی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی.
روش:روش پژوهش حاضراز نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. نمونه شامل 195 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه شهید چمران بودند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های هوش معنوی کینگ(2008)، قدردانی مک کالوف، امانس و تسانگ(2002) ، تعهد سازمانی ماودی استیرز و پورتر (1979)، اشتیاق شغلی اسکافلی و باکر(2001) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی ارگان و کونوفسکی(1989) بود. . تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره به روش گام به گام انجام شد.
یافته ها: ضریب همبستگی چندگانه برای ترکیب خطی هوش معنوی، قدردانی، اشتیاق شغلی و تعهد سازمانی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی برابر 450/0=MR و ضریب تعیین برابر 203/0=RS بود که در سطح 001/0≥p معنی دار بود. همچنین بین متغیرهای پیش بین با متغیر ملاک، رابطه مثبت و معنی دار (05/0>p) وجود دارد.
