نقش کمال‌گرایی در پیش‌بینی رضایت‌زناشویی افراد متاهل با میانجی‌گری نشخوارفکری

چکیده

هدف: برقراری ارتباط رضایت‌بخش در زندگی زناشویی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است، چرا که خانواده و اجتماع سالم از روابط سالم و رشدیافته زوجین تشکیل می‌شود و رضایت‌زناشویی بیانگر استحکام و کارآمدی نهاد خانواده است. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر نقش کمال‌گرایی در پیش‌بینی رضایت‌زناشویی افراد متاهل با میانجی‌گری نشخوارفکری بود.

روش: طرح‌کلی پژوهش از نوع مطالعات توصیفی-همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان و مردان متاهل شهر مشهد بود که ازبین آن‌ها 384 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های کمال‌گرایی چندبعدی تهران(TMPS)، رضایت‌زناشویی انریچ(ENRICH)، نشخوارفکری هوکسما و مورو(RRS) جمع‌آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش به روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری(SEM) و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS-26 و AMOS-24انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بین کمال‌گرایی و نشخوارفکری با رضایت‌زناشویی رابطه منفی ‌معناداری وجود دارد(01/0>p)، درحالی که بین کمال‌گرایی و نشخوارفکری رابطه مثبت معناداری مشاهده گردید(01/0>p). هم‌چنین یافته‌ها نشان داد که کمال‌گرایی هم بطور مستقیم و هم غیر مستقیم از طریق میانجی نشخوارفکری با رضایت‌زناشویی رابطه منفی و معناداری دارد(01/0>p). کمال‌گرایی هنگامی که با نشخوارفکری همراه شود، با شدت بیش‌تری از رضایت‌زناشویی می‌کاهد. بنابراین، برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی یا زوج‌درمانی جهت کاهش کمال‌گرایی و نشخوارفکری و درنتیجه ارتقا رضایت‌زناشویی در متاهلین توصیه می‌شود.
