اثربخشی درمان شناختی – رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت بر مسئولیت پذیری افراطی و تحریک پذیری نوجوانان دختر دارای علائم اختلال وسواسی – جبری

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت بر مسئولیت پذیری افراطی و تحریک پذیری نوجوانان دختر دارای علائم اختلال وسواسی – جبری شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 1401- 1400 بود.

روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل، بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه نوجوانان دختر پایه های پنجم و ششم دارای اختلال وسواس فکری – جبری دبستان‌های ابتدایی شهر رشت در سال 1401-1400 بود که از میان 28 نفر به عنوان نمونه شناسایی شدند و پس از غربالگری بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود، 24 نفر آن‌ها در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل به صورت تصادفی جایدهی شدند.گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه (انفرادی) درمان شناختی – رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت را دریافت کردند. در این پژوهش از مقیاس وسواسی – جبری ییل براون (YBOCS)، برای غربالگری، مصاحبه بالینی برای تشخیص، نگرش مسئولیت پذیری سالکوسکیس (RAS) و پرسشنامه واکنش پذیری عاطفی استرینگز (ARI) برای پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل آزمون واریانس با اندازه گیری های مکرر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته ها: نتایح پژوهش نشان می‌دهد درمان‌ شناختی - رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت در کاهش مشکلات مسئولیت پذیری افراطی و تحریک پذیری دختران نوجوان موثر بوده است. این نتایج حاکی از آن است که استفاده از درمان‌شناختی رفتاری مبتنی بر اینترنت، می‌تواند به عنوان یک خط درمانی منجر به ارتقا خدمات درمانی برای بیماران مبتلا به وسواس گردد.
