This great social problem threatens the basics of family so that man hadn't faced the threat of the destruction of the family and its consequent negative effects like today before in any era. A society will be at the crisis threshold if in which there is an increase in the rate of divorce. Therefore, the society should think about lowering divorce rate. The main reasous of divorc should be entrirely eradicated with regard to the destructed families. In this respect, this study inspects the issue of law divorce statistics in yazd province from a familial point of view and attempts to speacify the role of familial factors in law divorce statistics in yazd, Ardakan & Meibod cities. The research method is descriptive - analytic. The statishical population cousists of family counsellors and judages of the family court in yazd, Ardakan & Meibod. Ten expert counsellors from these cities were chosen as the sample with regard to the aim of research. Due to the fact that judges were not enough, all the four family judgdes were selected from the province (Yazd) for interviewing. In order to gather data, semi-structured interview was used and it was analyzed by classiffication method. The results of the research show that familial factors such as religious belie, intervention of older members of family, the depefndence of the wife to her husband, daughter's modling from her mother, the lack of family sapport divorce and the financial support of the parent s were effective and had an important role in law divorce statistics in yazd, Ardakan & Meibod.
