اثربخشی الگوی راهنمائی و مشاوره قبل از ازدواج مبتنی بر رویکرد چند بعدی بومی نگر بر کیفیت زندگی زناشوئی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی الگوی راهنمائی و مشاوره قبل از ازدواج مبتنی بر رویکرد چند بعدی بومی نگر بر کیفیت زندگی زناشوئی است.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشت تبریز بودند که بصورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. 12 زوج در گروه آزمایش و 12 زوج در گروه کنترل بطور تصادفی قرار داده شد. ابزار مورد استفاده برای سنجش، پرسشنامه رضایت زناشوئی انریچ بود. روش مورد استفاده روش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح آمار توصیفی از شاخص های توزیع فراوانی و میانگین و در سطح آمار استنباطی از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که الگوی آموزشی راهنمائی و مشاوره قبل از ازدواج مبتنی بر رویکرد چند بعدی بومی نگر بر بهبود ابعادی نظیر رضایت زناشویی، ابعاد و موضوعات شخصیتی، ارتباطات، حل تعارض، مسایل مالی، اوقات فراغت، ارتباط با خانواده اصلی و دوستان، نقش های همسری و جهت گیری مذهبی و معنوی تاثیر معناداری دارد. اما بر روابط جنسی و تربیت فرزند تاثیر معناداری نداشت. با توجه به ارتباط تعاملی و در هم پیچیده مسائل فردی، زناشوئی و فرهنگی – اجتماعی، جهت ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی زناشویی می توان از الگوی آموزشی راهنمائی و مشاوره قبل از ازدواج تدوین شده مبتنی بر رویکرد چند بعدی بومی نگر در دوره های مشاوره قبل از ازدواج استفاده نمود.

بررسی طرح واره های غالب و اثر بخشی طرح واره درمانی گروهی بر درمان اختلال فوبی اجتماعی در دانش آموزان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین طرح واره های غالب و اثر بخشی طرح واره درمانی گروهی بر درمان دانش آموزان مبتلا به اختلال فوبی اجتماعی بود. روش مطالعه آزمایشی، و طرح آن پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. به منظور انجام این پژوهش در مرحله شناسایی طرح واره ها،30 و مرحله درمان، 16 دانش آموز دختر دارای فوبی اجتماعی به شیوه تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. سپس افراد نمونه در مرحله درمان بصورت تصادفی در 2 گروه آزمایش (8 نفر) و کنترل (8 نفر) قرار داده شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده عبارت بودند از پرسشنامه های فوبیای اجتماعی و طرح واره. آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش 15 جلسه (120 دقیقه ای) تحت طرح واره درمانی گروهی قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. داده های حاصل با استفاده از آزمونT مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد: طرح واره درمانی گروهی شدت علایم فوبیای اجتماعی و طرح واره های محرومیت هیجانی، رهاشدگی/ بی ثباتی، شکست و ایثار را کاهش می دهد و فراوان ترین طرح واره ها: ایثار، معیارهای سرسختانه/ عیب جویی افراطی، خویشتن داری و خود انظباطی ناکافی، انزوای اجتماعی/ بیگانگی، نقص/ شرم، شکست، استحقاق و بزرگ منشی شناسایی شدند. به نظر می رسد طرح واره درمانی گروهی می تواند به عنوان یک رویکرد درمانی اثربخش در کاهش علایم دانش آموزان مبتلا به اختلال فوبی اجتماعی در نظرگرفته شود. طرح واره درمانی گروهی می تواند در کاهش علایم اختلال فوبی اجتماعی در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستانی مبتلا به اختلال فوبی اجتماعی اثربخش باشد

اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های پیش از ازدواج و مهارت های زندگی بر ملاک های همسرگزینی و هوش هیجانی دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های پیش از ازدواج و مهارت های زندگی بر بهبود ملاک های همسرگزینی و هوش هیجانی دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل80 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود که28 نفر آنها پسر و 52 نفر دختر بودند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه جایگزین شدند. شرکت کنندگان به مدت 16 ساعت تحت آموزش مهارت های پیش از ازدواج و مهارت های زندگی قرار گرفتند.آزمودنی ها در ابتدا و انتهای دوره آموزشی، به پرسشنامه های هوش هیجانی بار-اون و ملاک های همسرگزینی پاسخ دادند. نتایج بدست آمده از تحلیل داده ها بیانگر این است که نه تنها بین هوش هیجانی و ملاک های محتوایی و فرایندی انتخاب همسر دانشجویان همبستگی مثبت وجود دارد بلکه آموزش های ارائه شده بر افزایش هوش هیجانی مؤثر بوده است (01/0p

بررسی اثر بخشی مشاوره و درمان سوگ با رویکرد دینی به شیوه گروهی بر ارتقاء سطح کیفیت زندگی مادران داغدیده فرزند
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره و درمان سوگ با رویکرد دینی به شیوه گروهی، بر ارتقاء سطح کیفیت زندگی مادران داغدار فرزند، انجام شد. روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی (SF- 36) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش مادران داغدار فرزندی بودند که مدت سه ماه تا یکسال از مرگ فرزندانشان می گذشت و نمرات کیفیت زندگی آن ها پایین تر از یک انحراف معیار از میانگین جامعه بود. در این پژوهش 18 مادر داغدیده بوسیله نمونه گیری داوطلبانه تعیین شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. سپس مداخله درمانی طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای، بصورت یک جلسه در هفته، برای گروه آزمایش به اجرا در آمد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس داده ها نشان داد که تفاوت بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی معنادار بوده است و مداخله درمانی به طور معناداری موجب ارتقاء سطح کیفیت زندگی مادران داغدیده گردیده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد که مشاوره و درمان سوگ با رویکرد دینی، در ارتقاء سطح کیفیت زندگی مادران داغدیده موثر است.

تاثیر آموزش شیوه های مقابله شناختی رفتاری و تنظیم هیجان بر کاهش ناامیدی، شادکامی و عزت نفس کودکان و نوجوانان بی سرپرست و بدسرپرست
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش شیوه های مقابله شناختی رفتاری و تنظیم هیجان برکاهش ناامیدی و بهبود شادکامی و عزت نفس کودکان و نوجوانان بی سرپرست و بدسرپرست بود. روش این پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کودکان و نوجوانان بی سرپرست و بدسرپرست شهر اردبیل در سال 1392 تشکیل دادند (83N=). از این جامعه تعداد 45 نفر به روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و بعد از انجام مصاحبه بالینی در سه گروه 15 نفری آموزش مهارتهای مقابله ای شناختی رفتاری، آموزش تنظیم هیجان و گواه به تصادف جایگزین شدند. هر سه گروه در مراحل پیش و پس آزمون به پرسش نامه های ناامیدی، شادکامی و عزت نفس پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین نمرات سه گروه آموزش مهارتهای مقابله ای شناختی رفتاری، تنظیم هیجان و گروه گواه در ناامیدی، شادکامی و عزت نفس وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون تعقیبی نیز نشان داد که در شادکامی و ناامیدی هر دو شیوه ی آموزش مهارتهای مقابله شناختی رفتاری و تنظیم هیجان به یک اندازه اثربخش بودند ولی روش تنظیم هیجان بر عزت نفس اثربخش نبود. با توجه مشکلات کودکان بی سرپرست و بدسرپرست در اکتساب طبیعی مهارتهای رفتاری و هیجانی ضروری برای رشد، آموزش مهارتهای مقابله ای شناختی رفتاری و تنظیم هیجان در افزایش میزان شادکامی و کاهش ناامیدی این کودکان و نوجوانان می تواند سودمند باشد.

در این پژوهش اثربخشی بازی درمانی مبتنی بر بازی های زبانشناختی بر رشد آگاهی واج شناختی کودکان مقیم شیرخوارگاه یا مرکز شبه خانواده بررسی شد.نمونه ای شامل 24کودک پسر بی سرپرست وبدسرپرست سنین 4-5 سال بودکه در مراکز شبه خانواده نگهداری بود که به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش(12نفر) و گروه گواه(12نفر) قرارگرفتند و پرسشنامه آگاهی واج شناختی که شامل خرده مقیاس آگاهی هجایی،آگاهی درون هجایی وآگاهی واجی بود به عنوان پیش آزمون و پس آزمون اجرشد و کودکان گروه آزمایش ده جلسه بازی درمانی مبتنی بر بازی های زبانشناختی را دریافت کردند.نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد کودکانی که بازی های زبان شناختی را دریافت کرده بودند، در پس آزمون افزایش معناداری در آگاهی واج شناختی در مقایسه با گروه گواه داشتند. یافته های این پژوهش حکایت از آن دارد که ارائه برنامه های آموزشی- توانبخشی در قالب بازی های زبان شناختی می تواند موجب افزایش آگاهی واج شناختی و ظرفیت های زبان شناختی کودکان مقیم شبه خانواده شود و می تواند در کار بالینی در قلمرو پیشگیری و ترمیم زمینه سازهای مشکلات خواندن در پرورشگاه ها و مهدهای کودک بکارگرفته شود.

اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی مبتنی بر منبع کنترل درونی در افزایش رضایت زناشویی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی مبتنی بر منبع کنترل درونی در افزایش رضایت زناشویی است. روش پژوهش، از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل دانشجویان متأهل دانشگاه فرهنگیان بابل بود. نمونه اولیه شامل 100 زوج بود، که به روش نمونهگیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. سپس از این جامعه، زوج هایی که در ابزار پژوهشی(مقیاس رضایت زناشویی و منبع کنترل) نمرات شان از میانگین نمونه کمتر بود، 20 زوج انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه ( 10 زوج در گروه آزمایش و 10 زوج در گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه تشخیصی، تست رضایت زناشویی انریچ و مقیاس منبع کنترل راتر بود. دادهها با روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که، آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی مبتنی بر منبع کنترل درونی در افزایش رضایت زناشویی مؤثر بوده است. بنابراین، مداخلۀ آموزشی مبتنی بر منبع کنترل درونی می تواند به عنوان یکی از روش های مداخله ای برای زوج هایی که از نارضایتی زناشویی رنج می برند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی در درمان افراد مبتلا به اضطراب فراگیر
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی (MBCT) در درمان افراد مبتلا به اضطراب فراگیر (GAD) است. این پژوهش در چارچوب طرح تجربی تک موردی با استفاده از طرح خطوط پایهی چندگانهی پلکانی اجرا شد.2 نفر از مبتلایان به GAD بر اساس ملاکهای ورود و احراز شرایط پژوهش وارد طرح درمان شدند و تحت درمان MBCT قرار گرفتند. جهت ثبت شدت نشانهها از پرسشنامههای نگرانی ایالت پن، افسردگی بک، اضطراب بک و مقیاس 7 سؤالی اضطراب فراگیر استفاده شد. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی موجب کاهش شدت علائم اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، کاهش نگرانی، کاهش اضطراب و کاهش نمرات افسردگی شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی از طریق بهکارگیری تمارین مختلف میتواند به بهبود مبتلایان به اضطراب فراگیر منجر شود

رابطه مذهب با سلامت روان: نقش میانجی احساس شرم و گناه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر مذهب بر سلامت روان به واسطه هیجانات خودآگاه احساس شرم و احساس گناه بود. بدین منظور 286 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه سمنان به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مقیاس هیجان خودآگاه برای بزرگسالان تانجنی و همکاران، پرسشنامه دینداری گلاک و استارک و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ را تکمیل نمودند. ارتباط متغیرها در قالب یک الگوی ساختاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و به روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل آزمون شد. نتایج، اثر واسطه ای هیجان احساس گناه را بین ابعاد مختلف مذهب با سلامت روان نشان داد به طوری که ابعاد اعتقادی(16/0=β) ، عاطفی(24/0=β) و مناسکی(14/0=β) مذهب احساس گناه را به طور مثبت پیش بینی کرده و به واسطه این هیجان(18/0=β) بر سلامت روان اثر مثبت داشتند. برای هیجان احساس شرم رابطه معناداری با ابعاد مذهب به دست نیامد اما این هیجان سلامت روان را به صورت منفی پیش بینی نمود(41/0-=β). بنابراین ابعاد مختلف مذهب با افزایش هیجانات مثبت از جمله احساس گناه سازگارانه منجر به ارتقاء سلامت روان شده و احساس شرم ناسازگار، احتمال گرایش به بیمارهای روانی را افزایش داده و سلامت روانی را به مخاطره می اندازد.

اثربخشی شن بازی درمانی بر کاهش اختلالات رفتاری کودکان پیش دبستانی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی شن بازی درمانی بر کاهش اختلالات رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال رفتاری انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره بود. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان 7-5 ساله دارای اختلال رفتاری بود که در سال 92-91 در مراکز مهد کودک شهر کرمانشاه، قرار داشتند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بود. ابتدا از بین مناطق سه گانه شهر کرمانشاه، شش مهد کودک(از هر منطقه دو مهد کودک) به تصادف انتخاب شد. 54 کودک دارای اختلال رفتاری شناسی شدند. سپس بر اساس نقطه برش پرسشنامه و شرایط ورود و خروج از مطالعه، 30 کودک( 10 دختر و 20 پسر) به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش 15 نفر و کنترل 15 نفر قرار گرفتند. کودکانی که در گروه آزمایشی قرار داشتند به مدت ده جلسه هفتگی (45 دقیقه در هفته) در فعالیت شن بازی به صورت انفرادی شرکت داده شدند در حالی که گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. برای سنجش اختلال رفتاری و مؤلفه های آن از پرسشنامه اختلال رفتاری راتر فرم معلم(1967) استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان دادند که مداخله شن بازی درمانی، به کاهش مؤلفه های پرخاشگری/بیش فعالی، اضطراب/افسردگی، ناسازگاری و کمبود توجه در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال رفتاری منجر می شود. اما بر اختلال سلوک اثر معنی دار ندارد. چنین دستاوردی در پیگیری یک ماه حفظ شد. می توان نتیجه گرفت مداخله شن بازی در کاهش اختلال رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال رفتاری نقش مژثری دارد.
