اثربخشی قصه درمانی بر کمرویی، افسردگی و عزت نفس کودکان پیش دبستانی شهرستان اهواز

چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی قصه درمانی بر کمرویی، افسردگی و عزت نفس در کودکان پیش دبستانی شهرستان اهواز بود.
روش: نمونه آماری شامل40 کودک (12 دختر و 28 پسر) از کودکان پیش دبستانی شهرستان اهواز که علائم کمرویی و افسردگی و کاهش عزت نفس داشتند بودند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. طرح پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی می‌باشد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های کمرویی رافی(1983)، افسردگی کودکان و نوجوانان بک(1971) و عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت(1967) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌ تحلیل کوواریانس یک متغیری (ANCOVA) و کوواریانس چندمتغیری (ANCOVAM) استفاده شد. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش به مدت 12 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای تحت روش قصه درمانی قرار گرفتند، اما گروه گواه مداخله ای دریافت نکرد.
یافته ها: قصه درمانی بر کاهش کمرویی و افسردگی کودکان تأثیر مثبت دارد؛ همچنین قصه درمانی بر افزایش عزت نفس و خرده مقیاس های آن که شامل؛ خود کلی، خود اجتماعی، خود به عنوان عضوی در خانواده و خود تحصیلی کودکان تأثیر مثبت دارد.
