تاثیر مداخله روانی- آموزشی بر کیفیت زندگی، سلامت روانی و بهشیاری بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی مداخله روانی- آموزشی بر کیفیت زندگی، سلامت روانی و بهشیاری بیماران مبتلا به بیماری MS بود.
روش: 24 بیمار MS مراجعه کننده به کلینیک تخصصی بیماران MS که ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش را داشتند، انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. دو گروه نیز به صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای پژوهش از ابزارهای مقیاس کیفیت زندگی، مقیاس سلامت روانی و مقیاس بهشیاری استفاده شد. ابتدا هر دو گروه پرسشنامه‌های پیش‌آزمون را تکمیل نمودند. سپس افراد گروه آزمایش تحت مداخله روانی- آموزشی به مدت 8 جلسه 150 دقیقه ای و یک روز تمرین هشیاری قرار گرفتند و افراد گروه کنترل تنها درمان دارویی را ادامه دادند. در نهایت هر دو گروه پرسشنامه‌های پس آزمون را کامل کردند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که مداخله روانی- آموزشی کیفیت زندگی و بهشیاری بیماران مبتلا به MS را به طور معنادار بهبود بخشید. سلامت روانی بیماران بعد از مداخله روانی- آموزشی تغییر قابل توجهی نداشت. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش نتیجه گرفته می شود که این مداخله می‌تواند به عنوان یک درمان مکمل مناسب و تاثیرگذار برای افراد مبتلا به بیماری MS مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
