اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر احساس حقارت دختران نوجوان خانواده های طلاق

چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر احساس حقارت دختران نوجوان خانواده‌های طلاق.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه‌ی نوجوانان دختر خانواده‌های طلاق شهر کرمانشاه در مقطع سنی 18-15 سال می‌باشد، که در مدارس مقطع متوسطه در سال تحصیلی (95-94 ) مشغول به تحصیل بودند. به همین منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای، تعداد 18 نفر از دانش‌آموزان خانواده‌های طلاق انتخاب شدند و به شکل تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایشی در 8 جلسه‌ای طرحواره درمانی شرکت داده شده و گروه گواه بدون دریافت آموزش در نوبت انتظار قرار گرفتند. ابزار انداز‌ه‌گیری پرسشنامه‌ی احساس حقارت بود. داده‌های بدست آمده از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بین دو گروه از نظر احساس حقارت تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد و میانگین گروه آزمایش از گروه گواه کمتر بود. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان دهندة اثربخشی رویکرد طرحواره درمانی بر احساس حقارت دختران نوجوان خانواده‌های طلاق بود.
