اثربخشی رواندرمانی مثبت نگر به شیوه گروهی بر راهبردهای مقابله ای کارآمد و ناکارآمد و سبک های مراجعه به دیگران

چکیده

هدف: تعیین اثربخشی رواندرمانی مثبت نگر به شیوه گروهی بر راهبرد های مقابله ­ای کارآمد و ناکارآمد وسبک­ های مراجعه ­به­ دیگران در دانش ­آموزان پسر متوسطه اول
روش: طرح پژوهش نیمه ­آزمایشی از نوع پیش ­آزمون - پس­ آزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر 13 تا 16 سال به تعداد 200 نفر مشغول به تحصیل در یکی از مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان  فریمان در سال تحصیلی 97- 1396 بودکه به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، 34 نفر دانش­آموز انتخاب گردید و در دو گروه 17 نفره آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. مداخله برای گروه آزمایش شامل 10 جلسه 60 دقیقه ­ای رواندرمانی مثبت نگر بود.  ابزارپژوهش شامل پرسشنامه  راهبردهای مقابل ه­ای و برنامه درمانی روانشناسی مثبت‌گرا ( Rashid, 2008) بود . داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه­ گیری مکرر تحلیل شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که روان درمانی گروهی مثبت نگر در افزایش راهبرد­های مقابل ه­ای کار­آمد  (P<0/01)، و کاهش راهبرد­های مقابل ه­ای نا کار­آمد (P<0/01)، افزایش سبک های مراجعه به دیگران (P<0/01)، در دانش آموزان موثر است و این تاثیر در مرحله پیگیری هم تداوم داشته است.
