نقش واسطه‌ای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین ابعاد کمال‌گرایی و نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین ابعاد کمال‌گرایی و نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی با مدل تحلیل مسیر بود. در این پژوهش تعداد ۵۲۸ نفر (۲۷۴ زن، ۲۵۴ مرد) از دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب گردیدند. شرکت‌کنندگان مقیاس کمال‌گرایی چندبعدی تهران، مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس و مقیاس دشواری تنظیم هیجان را تکمیل کردند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند که مدل فرضی پژوهش با داده‌های تجربی برازش مطلوب دارند. کمال‌گرایی دیگر محور، کمال‌گرایی جامعه‌محور و دشواری تنظیم هیجان با نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب همبستگی مثبت معنادار داشتند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان‌ داد که دشواری تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین ابعاد کمال‌گرایی و نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب نقش واسطه‌ای دارند. درنظرگرفتن این متغیرها در زمینه‌ی پیشگیری، تشخیص و درمان نشانه‌های افسردگی و اضطراب مؤثر است و سطح سلامت روانی را در جمعیت عمومی ارتقا می‌بخشد.
