بررسی اثربخشی روان‌درمانی بدنی بر بهبود و ارتقاء سطح بازداری و توجه دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روان‌درمانی بدنی بر بهبود و ارتقاء سطح بازداری و توجه دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی انجام شده است.             
روش: طرح پژوهش از نوع شبه‌آزمایشی همراه با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانش آموزان ابتدایی 4 مدرسه دولتی (دو پسرانه- دو دخترانه) در ناحیه 6 شهر مشهد بود که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. 44 نفر از دانش‌آموزان به شیوه ی نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه (12نفر پسر و 10 نفر دختر در گروه آزمایش، 11 نفر پسر و 11 نفر دختر در گروه کنترل) به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. دوره‌ی روان‌درمانی بدنی برای گروه آزمایش در 36 جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای به مدت 3 ماه ارائه گردید و در این مدت گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار  گرفت. ابزارهای سنجش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش آزمون‌های رایانه‌ای کلمه- رنگ استروپ (word-color Stroop)  و عملکرد پیوسته (CPT) بود. داده‌ها با آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری وt  مستقل و به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS-23  تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش در مؤلفه‌های آزمون‌های رایانه‌ای استروپ و عملکرد پیوسته، نسبت به گروه کنترل به شکل معناداری عملکرد بهتری داشته‌اند (05/0p<). یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که روان درمانی بدنی روشی مؤثر برای بهبود و ارتقاء سطح بازداری و توجه دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی است.
