نقش درماندگی روان‍شناختی و تاب‌آوری در کیفیت ‌زندگی ناباروری زنان نابارور شهر مشهد

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش درماندگی روا‍ن‍شناختی و تاب‍آوری در کیفیت زندگی ناباروری زنان نابارور بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی زنان ناباروری که درطول سه ماه به چهار کلینیک درمان ناباروری در سطح شهر مشهد در شش ماهه دوم سال 1398 مراجعه کرده‌اند، تشکیل می‌دادند. از این جامعه به شیوه نمونه در دسترس 346 داوطلب زن انتخاب و به پرسشنامه ها پاسخ دادند. جهت سنجش تاب‍آوری از پرسشنامه تاب‍آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003)، جهت سنجش درماندگی روان‍شناختی از پرسشنامه لوی‍باند و لوی‍باند (1995) و جهت سنجش کیفیت زندگی ناباروری از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی ناباروری بوین و همکاران (2011) استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک نرم افزار آماری SPSS و با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که بین درماندگی روان‍شناختی و تاب‌آوری با کیفیت زندگی ناباروری رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. این به این معنی است که درماندگی روان‍شناختی (افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس) و تاب‍آوری در پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی ناباروری زنان ناباور نقش دارند.
