اثربخشی طرح‌واره درمانی بر ترس از ارزیابی منفی دختران مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی طرح‌واره درمانی گروهی بر ترس از ارزیابی منفی دختران دارای اضطراب اجتماعی است.
روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با گروه کنترل و آزمایش همراه با پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با دوره‌ی پیگیری بود جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 30 نفر انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارش شدند. سپس گروه آزمایش تحت درمان 10 جلسه‌ای طرح‌واره درمانی گروهی قرار گرفتند و دوره پیگیری تا دو ماه پس از اتمام درمان ادامه یافت. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون برای دو گروه از مقیاس طرح‌واره، پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی و پرسش‌نامه ترس از ارزیابی منفی استفاده شد و یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته همراه با اندازه‌گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج ارزیابی‌ها در پایان درمان نشان داد طرح‌واره درمانی به‌طور معنادار باعث کاهش ترس از ارزیابی منفی و تداوم تأثیر آن در مرحله پیگیری دو ماهه در گروه آزمایش شده است؛ در مجموع، می‌توان چنین گفت که گروه‌درمانی مبتنی بر طرح‌واره در کاهش آماج اصلی درمان یعنی ترس از ارزیابی منفی در نمونه‌ی دختران دانشجوی ایرانی مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی از کارایی و اثربخشی لازم برخوردار است.
