مقایسه اثر بخشی درمان کارآمدی هیجانی و شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر سرمایه عاطفی و فراهیجان زنان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلال اضطراب فراگیر یکی از انواع اختلال های اضطرابی است که می تواند فرآیند زندگی فرد را به کلی مختل کند.

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان کارآمدی هیجانی با شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر سرمایه عاطفی و فراهیجان در زنان دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر انجام شد.

روش روش پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل تمامی زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر شهر اصفهان در سال 1401 بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و به تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه درمان کارآمدی هیجانی(15 نفر)، شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی(15 نفر) و گروه کنترل(15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه ی سرمایه عاطفی و پرسشنامه فراهیجان بود. تحلیل داده ها از طریق تحلیل واریانس اندازه های مکرر با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تحلیل شدند.

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین کارآمدی هیجانی و شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن اگاهی هر دو در کاهش اختلال اضطراب فراگیر موثر بودند.

نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته های پژوهش، کارآمدی هیجانی و شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن اگاهی با افزایش سرمایه عاطفی و هیجانات مثبت، منجر به کاهش اختلال اضطراب فراگیر در زنان شد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود از این روشها در کنار سایر روشهای درمانی در جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر استفاده شود.
