اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی کوتاه‌مدت راه‌حل محور بر افزایش خودتنظیمی زناشویی و تحمل پریشانی هیجانی زوجین

چکیده

هدف: ازدواج یکی از مهم‌ترین تصمیم‌گیری‌ها در زندگی هر فرد، و رضایت‌مندی از ازدواج یکی از اصلی‌ترین عوامل تعیین‌کنندۀ کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روانی است. این پژوهش با هدف اثربخشی زوج­درمانی کوتاه­مدت راه­حل محور بر افزایش خودتنظیمی زناشویی و تحمل پریشانی هیجانی زوجین انجام گرفت.
 روش: روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه ­آزمایشی با پیش­ آزمون، پس­ آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری، کلیۀ زوجین متعارض مراجعه­ کننده به مراکز مشاورۀ شهر ایلام بود؛ براین‌اساس ۱۲ زوج متقاضی دریافت مشاوره، با روش نمونه­ گیری داوطلب – هدفمند تعیین و به‌صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (۶ زوج، ۱۲ نفر) و آزمایش (۶ زوج، ۱۲ نفر) قرار گرفتند. شرکت­ کنندگان به دو سنجۀ خودتنظیمی زناشویی و تحمل پریشانی در سه مرحلۀ پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون و پیگیری پاسخ دادند. جلسات مشاوره به‌صورت زوجی اجرا شد و هر زوج در ۶ جلسه )جمعاً ۳۶ جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه­ ای به‌صورت یک جلسه در هفته( تحت مداخلۀ درمانی مبتنی بر زوج­درمانی کوتاه­مدت راه­ حل محور قرار گرفتند. داده­ها با استفاده از روش­های آمار توصیفی استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس) تحلیل شدند.
 یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد، زوج­ درمانی کوتاه­مدت راه­حل محور موجب بهبود خودتنظیمی زناشویی و تحمل پریشانی هیجانی زوجین گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل از مرحلۀ پیش­آزمون به مرحلۀ پس ­آزمون تا مرحلۀ پیگیری شده است؛ بنابراین، باتوجه ‌به یافته­ های به‌دست‌آمده می­توان نتیجه گرفت، زوج­درمانی کوتاه­ مدت راه ­حل محور روش مناسبی برای بهبود زوجین­ دچار مشکل در خودتنظیمی زناشویی و تحمل پریشانی زوجین بوده است.
