Guide for Authors

1)      The manuscript must include abstract (up to 250 words and 10 key words), introduction (research questions, hypotheses, and purpose of the study), methodology, results, and discussion.

2)      Author’s (s’) full name, contact details, academic rank and affiliation must be inserted when submitting an article, in Persian and English.

3)      The manuscript must be submitted through the ‘Submit Paper’ section, in a WORD file (formats .doc or .docx) including the full title, abstract, figures, tables, and appendices, in Bzar 12 point.

4)      The journal adheres to the APA reference style (6th edition). For instance:

5)      Quotations longer than 40 words should appear as block quotations, but 40-minus-word quotations will appear with quotation marks in the running text.

6)      The article must be written based on rules and regulation proposed by Persian Academy.

7)      An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or conference. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal or conference constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

8)      Contributions should address an issue in the field of Persian language.

9)      The manuscript might undergo some revisions by the editor of the journal.

Cover Letter: Authors should acknowledge in a cover letter that accompanies their manuscript:
• that the work they are submitting to FEDU has not been published previously;
• that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; • that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out;
• that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere including electronically in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of FEDU;
• that there is no plagiarism, self-plagiarism (i.e., copying materials from authors' own previously published works), fraud, or other ethical issues in the manuscript;
