In this research the writers have introduced the effects of in–service – training on increasing of manager's effctiveness and their efficiencies.
The results of the research are as follows:
1. Administrators with in–service training in shapping human relationship are more effective and have better function in organization from a teacher's point of view.
2. Administrators with in–service training give more attension to employees training than other administrators and have better function and efficiency.
3. Administrators with in–service training in acceptance of changes and innovations in organization have better function.
4. Administrators with in–service training in having confidence to do the affairs have better function.
5. Administrators with in–service training have better function in doing their duties.
