چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی آموزش معنویت درمانی مبتنی بر مثبت نگری بر میزان امید به زندگی و رضایت از زندگی افراد نوجوان
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات نیمه آزمایشی و طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانش آموزان سال اول دبیرستان شهر شیراز بودند که به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 60 نفر از آنها انتخاب شد و سپس بر اساس تخصیص تصادفی افراد به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، (هر گروه 30 نفر) گمارده شدند. آزمودنی-ها به پرسشنامه های امید اسنایدر و مقیاس رضایت از زندگی پاسخ دادند. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره (ANCOVA) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کووراریانس تک متغیره نشان داد که آموزش معنویت درمانی بر افزایش امید به زندگی افراد گروه آزمایش تأثیر معناداری داشت (P
