Abstract

The primary aim of current study research was to investigate the relationship of work-family conflict with perceived organizational support, job stress and self-mastery in expatriate personnel in distriction of gaz transition operation station . 75 people was selected by stratified random sampling. 66 questionnaire were filled out and were returned to the researchers.(return rate=82%). The result of analysis shows the that the work- family interface dimension is higher than norm in expatriate personnel. In addition work- family conflict has a significant relationship with all 3 criterion variables. Step by Step regression shows that the work-family interface dimension is an important predictor of perceived organizational support(explained variance=22%) and the family- work interface dimension entered in regression equation of job stress(explained variance=21%) and self mastery(explained variance=26%). In this regard, the results suggests that investment for reducing the work-family conflict in expatriate is essential.
