Post-Traumatic Stress disorder (PTSD), is the most common disorder which remarked in the people with experience of captivity. This study aimed to assess the psychological status of Mashhad's captured and evaluate the compromise of fundamental components. The participants of present study selected through the available sampling method including (N=110) captured. Thus, after a preliminary study on 30 captured, revision impact of event scale and the social support Scale Performed. Diagnostic interview, difference diagnosis with questionnaires was conducted. To analyze the data, statistical correlation and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were employed. Results of study revealed that, an inverse relationship between duration of imprisonment and psychiatric disorders of captured. The present findings of this study are consonant with national researches and inconsonant with international researches. Religious affiliation and conservation of captured during captivity, are influencing factors that may reduce the psychological- behavioral symptoms of captured.
