Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of group counseling based on multimodal therapy on self-concept and procrastination of female students.
Our study was a semi-experimental, with pretest and posttest. The subjects of this study were all female undergraduate students of Dezful branch of Islamic Azad University. 30 subjects were randomly selected and assigned into 2 groups (of experimental and control). The experimental group participated in 8 group counseling sessions based on Lzarus Multimodal Counseling therapy. Data were analyzed using MANCOVA and ANOVA.
