اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر حساسیت اضطرابی و تنظیم هیجان

چکیده

هدف: اثر‌بخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر حساسیت اضطرابی و تنظیم هیجان دانشجویان انجام شد.
روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل نابرابر بود. نمونه شامل 30 نفر از دانشجویان مبتلا به نشانگان بالینی اضطراب بود که با شکایت از نشانه‌های اضطراب، جهت دریافت مداخلات درمانی به کلینیک روانشناسی مراجعه کرده‌‌بودند. از این میان، 15 نفر در گروه‌ شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و 15 نفر در گروه گواه گمارش شدند. اعضای گروه‌ شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی، تعداد 8 جلسه شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی به صورت گروهی را دریافت کردند، اما برای اعضای گروه‌ گواه، مداخله خاصی ارائه نشد. قبل و بعد از اجرای مداخله، پرسشنامه حساسیت اضطرابی تجدید نظر شده (ASI-R) و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی گراتز و رومر (2004) توسط گروه نمونه تکمیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که در پس آزمون، نمرات حساسیت اضطرابی و دشواری های تنظیم هیجان در آزمودنی‌های گروه‌ شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی نسبت به آزمودنی‌های گروه گواه، کاهش معناداری داشته است.
