بررسی نقش خودکنترلی و شفقت به خود در پیش بینی تاب آوری براساس استرس ادراک شده و ناگویی هیجانی در پرستاران

چکیده
مقدمه: یکی از اثرات غیرمستقیم پاندمی کرونا بر روی سلامت روان، استرس ادراک شده است. ناگویی هیجانی می‌تواند رابطه بین استرس ادراک شده و سلامت روان را تعدیل کند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نقش میانجیگری خودکنترلی و شفقت خود در پیش بینی تاب‌آوری براساس استرس ادراک شده و ناگویی هیجانی در پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: مطالعه به صورت مقطعی و از نوع همبستگی، بر روی 246 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های پاستور و بوعلی استان قزوین در سال 1400، اجرا شد. افراد به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استرس ادراک شده، ناگویی هیجانی، خودکنترلی- فرم کوتاه، شفقت به خود و مقیاس تاب‌آوری انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: ضریب مسیر کل بین استرس ادراک شده و تاب‌آوری (01/0> P ، 456/0- =β)، ناگویی هیجانی و تاب‌آوری (01/0> P ، 302/0- =β)، منفی و معنادار و بین شفقت به خود و تاب‌آوری (01/0> P ، 268/0=β)، خودکنترلی و تاب‌آوری (01/0> P ، 447/0=β)، مثبت و معنادار بود. همچنین ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین استرس ادراک شده و تاب‌آوری از طریق شفقت به خود (01/0> P، 100/0- =β)، استرس ادراک شده و تاب‌آوری از طریق خودکنترلی (01/0> P، 144/0- =β) و بین ناگویی هیجانی و تاب‌آوری از طریق خودکنترلی (01/0> P، 167/-0=β) منفی و معنادار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد میزان شفقت به خود و خودکنترلی می تواند به طور مثبت و معناداری تاب‌آوری را در پرستاران پیش بینی کند. یعنی پرستاران با نمره بالاتر شفقت به خود و خودکنترلی میزان تاب آوری بیشتری داشتند. عوامل روانشناختی از جمله خودکنترلی و شفقت به خود می‌توانند در عملکرد کادر بهداشتی درمانی، دقت و مهارت آن‌ها در ارائه خدمات مراقبتی مؤثر و همچنین حفاظت از خودشان در مقابل بیماری را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.
