اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر شرم از خود و ناگویی هیجانی در زنان متقاضی طلاق

چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر شرم از خود و ناگویی هیجانی در زنان متقاضی طلاق بود.
روش: در این پژوهش از طرح تجربی تک ­موردی از نوع خط پایۀ چندگانۀ ناهم­زمان استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان متقاضی طلاق بود که در سه ماهه اول سال 1402 به مرکز مشاوره اندیشه و احساس شهر مشهد مراجعه کرده بودند.  از بین افراد مراجعه­‌کننده تعداد 3 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌­گیری در دسترس مبتنی بر هدف و بر اساس داوطلب بودن آزمودنی­‌ها به­‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌­ها در طول خط پایه و درمان به پرسش­نامه­‌های شرم درونی شده کوک و ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو پاسخ دادند. داده­‌ها به روش ترسیم دیداری، شاخص تغییر پایا و فرمول درصد بهبودی تحلیل شدند.
یافته­‌ها: نتایج بررسی نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد توانسته است به‌­صورت معناداری بر شرم از خود و ناگویی هیجانی  در زنان متقاضی طلاق تأثیر بگذارد و سبب بهبود آن­ها شود (P<0/05). بنابراین، می­توان از این رویکرد در جلسات درمانی زنان متقاضی طلاق استفاده کرد.
نتیجه­: یافته­‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد توانسته است؛ از طریق ایجاد انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی، پذیرش، خودشفقتی و خودمهربانی، ذهن­‌آگاهی و کاهش اجتناب تجربه­‌ای  بر شرم از خود و ناگویی هیجانی زنان متقاضی طلاق موثر واقع شود و آن­ها را کاهش دهد. در نتیجه می­توان از درمان مذکور ( با در نظر گرفتن شرایط خاص هر مراجع و هم­چنین ملاک­های ورود و خروج مطرح شده در این پژوهش)، در جهت تقویت انعطاف­‌پذیری روانشناختی، پذیرش، خودشفقتی و خودمهربانی، ذهن‌­آگاهی و کاهش اجتناب تجربه­‌ای برای کمک به زنان با مسائل و مشکلات مشابه کمک گرفت.
