مقایسه طرحواره های ناسازگار، هوش هیجانی، کنش های اجرایی و کیفیت زندگی دانشجویان ممتاز و مشروط دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد

چکیده

هدف: تحصیلات تکمیلی به عنوان یکی از عوامل بهبود فرصت های اقتصادی و اجتماعی در سطح خرد و توسعه اقتصادی و فرهنگی جامعه در سطح کلان اهمیت دارد. مطالعات نشان می دهد عدم فارغ التحصیلی به هنگام می تواند پیامدهای منفی روانی و اجتماعی برای فرد و جامعه بدنبال داشته باشد. لذا شناخت و بررسی مؤلفه های درگیر در عملکرد تحصیلی و اقدام جهت پیشگیری ضروری بنظر می رسد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کیفیت زندگی، هوش هیجانی، کارکردهای اجرایی و طرحواره های ناسازگار در عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد اجرا شد. برای این منظور از روش مطالعه پس رویدادی از نوع علی-مقایسه ای استفاده شد. از میان دانشجویان مشروط و ممتاز به طور تصادفی 50 نفر انتخاب شدند(از هر گروه 25 نفر). جهت سنجش عوامل مورد نظر پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی برادبری-گریوز، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرح واره های ناسازگار یانگ، مقیاس نارسائی کنشهای اجرایی بارکلی، پرسشنامه کوتاه کیفیت زندگی 12 آیتمی SF-12 استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار spss-25 از طریق آزمون t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری انجام شد.
یافته ها:  نتایج نشان داد، دانشجویان ممتاز و مشروط در طرحواره های رهاشدگی/بی ثباتی، آسیب پذیری در برابر ضرر و بیماری، گرفتار/خویشتن تحول نایافته، ایثارگری، استحقاق/بزرگ منشی و خویشتن داری ناکافی، و در بین خرده مقیاس ای هوش هیجانی تنها در مدیریت روابط تفاوت معنادار دارند(05/0>p). بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر به نظر می رسد که ارزیابی طرحواره های ناسازگار در بین دانشجویان سال اول، می تواند یک شاخص ضروری برای جلوگیری از شکست تحصیلی باشد.
