مقایسه اثربخشی tDCS وtPCS همراه با توانبخشی شناختی و توانبخشی شناختی به تنهایی بر نظریه ذهن در افراد دارای نشانه‌های افسردگی

چکیده
هدف: نظریه ذهن از مهارت های اساسی سازگاری با محیط اجتماعی است و مشکلات در آن می تواند به تعارض، اضطراب، کناره‌گیری اجتماعی و تشدید نشانه­های افسردگی منجر شود. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی تحریک الکتریکی فراجمجمه­ای با جریان مستقیم (tDCS) و جریان تکانه­ای (tPCS) همراه با توانبخشی شناختی، در مقایسه با توانبخشی شناختی به تنهایی، بر بهبود نظریه ذهن در افراد دارای نشانه های افسردگی انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی با طرح پیش­آزمون، پس­آزمون و پیگیری 21 روزه بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل دانشجویان مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاوره و روانشناسی کاوش شرق در شهر مشهد طی سال های 1402 تا 1404بود. براساس معیارهای ورود، 64 نفر با روش نمونه­گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل (هر گروه 16 نفر) گمارده شدند. شرکت­کنندگان در سه مرحله به آزمون ذهن خوانی از طریق تصویر چشم پاسخ دادند. مداخله­ها طی10جلسه متوالی 45 دقیقه ای اجرا شد و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار داشت. داده­ها با تحلیل اندازه گیری مکرر بررسی شدند.
یافته‌ها: هر سه مداخله موجب بهبود معنادار نظریه ذهن از پیش آزمون تا پیگیری شدند و مداخله های ترکیبی(tDCS و tPCS همراه با توانبخشی شناختی) نسبت به توانبخشی شناختی به تنهایی اثربخشی بیشتری نشان دادند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که می­توان از tPCS, tDCS و توانبخشی شناختی به عنوان مداخله های مؤثر برای افراد دارای نشانه های افسردگی همراه با نقص در نظریه ذهن استفاده کرد.
