اثربخشی آموزش شناختی مبتنی بر مفروضه ها و قواعد به شیوه ی گروهی بر نگرش به بی معنایی زندگی و سرسختی روان شناختی زنان سرپرست خانوار با کیفیت زندگی پایین

چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی آموزش شناختی مبتنی بر مفروضه‌ها و قواعد به شیوه‌ی گروهی بر نگرش به بی-معنایی زندگی و سرسختی روان‌شناختی زنان سرپرست خانوار با کیفیت زندگی پایین
روش:در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی از نوع گروه های کنترل نامعادل، 30 نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار بعد از غربالگری اولیه به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در دو گروه آزمایش (15) و کنترل (15) قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی های گروه آزمایش مداخلات آموزش شناختی مبتنی بر مفروضه ها و قواعد را دریافت کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه دیدگاه های شخصی کوباسا، شاخص نگرش به زندگی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بود. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون t برای نمره های افتراقی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج آزمون t برای نمره های افتراقی نشان داد که تفاوت میانگین در نگرش به بی معنایی زندگی و سرسختی روان شناختی بین دو گروه معنی دار است؛ بنابراین آموزش شناختی مبتنی بر مفروضه ها و قواعد به شیوه ی گروهی باعث افزایش سرسختی روان شناختی و کاهش نگرش به بی معنایی زندگی در زنان سرپرست خانوار با کیفیت زندگی پایین شده است.
