ارزیابی ابعاد دلبستگی ناایمن و رضایت جنسی با میانجی‌گری خودکارآمدی کنش-وری جنسی در زنان

چکیده

هدف. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی ابعاد دلبستگی ناایمن (اضطرابی و اجتنابی) و رضایت جنسی با میانجی‌گری خودکارآمدی کنش­وری جنسی در زنان متأهل شهر شیراز در سال 1393 اجرا گردید.
روش. پژوهش حاضر همبستگی از نوع رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی هم­زمان بود. 160 زن از میان زنان متأهل مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خصوصی شهر شیراز به روش داوطلبانه و با رعایت کلیه موازین اخلاق پژوهش برگزیده شدند، و مقیاس­های دلبستگی ناایمن بزرگسالان کولینز و رید، رضایت جنسی و خودکارآمدی کنش­وری جنسی زنان را تکمیل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ با استفاده از روش­های آماری  ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی هم­زمان و نرم­افزار آماری SPSS نسخۀ بیست و یک انجام گرفت.
یافته­ ها. نتایج نشان دادند که بین متغیر ابعاد دلبستگی­ های اضطرابی و اجتنابی با متغیرهای خودکارآمدی کنش­وری جنسی و رضایت جنسی همبستگی های منفی و معنادار و بین متغیر خودکارآمدی کنش وری جنسی و رضایت زناشویی همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (05/0 p <). هم­چنین تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی به روش بارون و کنی نشان دادند که خودکارآمدی جنسی-کنش وری میانجی­ بین ابعاد دلبستگی ­های ناایمن (اضطرابی و اجتنابی) و رضایت جنسی است.در نتیجه می­توان بیان کرد که خودکارآمدی کنش­وری جنسی یک نقش مهم در افزایش رضایت جنسی زنان متأهل دارد.
