چکیده

هدف:  بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی گروهی بر اضطراب و طرحواره­های هیجانی زنان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر
روش: این پژوهش شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون-‌پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری، همه‌ی زنان 20 تا 35 ساله مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بودند که به کلینیک روان‌شناسی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد مراجعه کردند. با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و به صورت هدفمند، 20 نفر بر اساس مصاحبه بالینی ساختار‌یافته برای DSM-IV (SCID) و معیارهای ورود انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش، در طی 10 جلسه، طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی گروهی را دریافت کرده و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفتند. پیش از انجام درمان و پس از آن، اعضای دو گروه به مقیاس طرحواره‌های هیجانی لیهی و پرسشنامه اضطراب بک پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی گروهی باعث کاهش معنادار در نمرات اضطراب، افزایش معنادار کاربرد همه طرحواره‌های هیجانی سازگار و کاهش معنادار کاربرد طرحواره‌های هیجانی ناسازگار احساس گناه، ساده‌انگاری، خردگرایی، دوام، سرزنش و نشخوار فکری در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study is investigating the efficacy of group therapy based on emotional schema therapy on anxiety and emotional schemas of women with generalized anxiety disorder.
Method: This study is a quasi-experimental study of pretest-posttest type with control group. Statistical population is all 20- to 35-year women with generalized anxiety disorder who referred to psychological clinic of ferdowsi university of Mashhad city. With convenience and purposive sampling, 20 people were selected based on structured clinical interview for DSM-IV (SCID) and admittance criteria and divided into two experimental and control groups randomly. Experimental group received group therapy based on emotional schema therapy during 10 sessions and control groups were placed in waiting list. Members of two groups completed the Leahy emotional schemas scale and Beck’s anxiety inventory before and after the treatment. Covariance analysis was used for data analysis.
Findings: Results showed that group therapy based on emotional schema therapy led to significant decrease in anxiety scores, significant increase in the application of all compatible emotional schemes and significant decrease in the application of incompatible emotional schemes of guilt, simplicity, rationality, duration, blaming, and rumination in experimental group compared with control one.
