چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌ی رابطه‌ی بین رهبری تحولی و انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان و آزمون نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بین رهبری تحولی و انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان بود.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی مقطعی بوده و جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی کارکنان یکی از شرکت­های دولتی بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، تعداد 253 نفر انتخاب و سپس به سؤال‌های پرسشنامه­ های پژوهش شامل مقیاس ­های رهبری تحولی، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان پاسخ دادند. جهت آزمون فرضیه­ ها، داده­ های جمع‌آوری‌شده با روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم ­افزار آماری Smart-PLS 3 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ­ها نشان داد که ضرایب تأثیر رهبری تحولی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی برابر با 34/0، رهبری تحولی بر انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان برابر با 17/0 و رفتار شهروند سازمانی بر انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان برابر با 43/0 است. یافته ­های تحلیل مسیر نیز حاکی از آن بود که رفتار شهروندی سازمانی نقش میانجی بین رهبری تحولی و انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان ایفاء می­کند. هم­چنین، نتایج تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ­ها نشان داد که از بین مؤلفه‌های رهبری تحولی، مؤلفه‌ی انگیزش الهام ­بخش دارای بیشترین میزان تأثیر بر انرژی روان‌شناختی کارکنان است

چکیده [English]

Purpose:  The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership style and employees’ feelings of energy through the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior.
Method: The Methods of the present study was a cross-sectional correlational study. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of a governmental organization from where, using random sampling method, 253 people were selected and asked then to complete the study scales including transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and employees’ feelings of energy. To test the hypotheses, the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique in Smart-PLS statistical software.
Findings: The results of data analysis showed that the coefficients of the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior is equal to 0.34, transformational leadership on employees’ feelings of energy is equal to 0.43, and organizational citizenship behavior on employees' feelings of energy is equal to 0.17. The results of the path analysis indicated that organizational citizenship behavior plays a mediating role for the relationship between transformational leadership and employees’ feelings of energy. The additional analysis showed that among the components of transformational leadership style, the inspirational motivation component has the greatest effect on the employees’ feelings of energy compared to other three components.
