پیش بینی بی ثباتی ازدواج براساس مهارتهای تنظیم هیجانی و سبک های هویتی

چکیده

هدف: بررسی پیش بینی بی ثباتی ازدواج بر اساس سبک های هویتی و مهارت تنظیم هیجانی در زنان متأهل شهر قوچان.
روش: در پژوهش حاضر، 331 معلم زن که با روش نمونه گیری خوشهای تک مرحلهای انتخاب شده بودند، به پرسشنامه سبکهای هویت (ISI-6G)، پرسشنامه مهارت تنظیم هیجانی (ERSQ) و شاخص بی ثباتی ازدواج (MII) پاسخ دادند. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از آماره های توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی گشتاوری پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: نتایح تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که سبک هویتی اطلاعاتی (40/0- =(r، سبک هویتی هنجاری (30/0- =(r و مهارت تنظیم هیجانی (35/0- =(r با بی ثباتی ازدواج رابطه معنادار منفی و سبک هویتی سردرگم/ اجتنابی (33/0 =(r با بی ثباتی ازدواج رابطه معنادار مثبت دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای هویت اطلاعاتی، سردرگم/ اجتنابی، هنجاری و مهارت تنظیم هیجانی، می توانند واریانس بی ثباتی ازدواج را به صورت معناداری پیش بینی کنند. به گونه ای که سبک های هویتی سهم بیشتری در پیش بینی متغیر ملاک دارند. لذا می توان نتیجه گرفت هرچه زنان متأهل معلم، درک منسجمی از خود داشته باشند و توانایی آن ها در تنظیم هیجاناتشان بالا باشد، زندگی مشترک آن ها از ثبات بیشتری برخوردار است.
