اثربخشی تلفیق روش های درمان پذیرش و تعهد و ذهن آگاهی بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی و نگرش های ناکارآمد دختران نوجوان بی سرپرست

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی تلفیق روش های درمان پذیرش و تعهد و ذهن آگاهی بر انعطاف پذیری شناختی و نگرش های ناکارآمد دختران نوجوان بی سرپرست بود.
روش: : روش این پژوهش نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونۀ پژوهش شامل 24 دختران نوجوان بی سرپرست بود که از میان دختران نوجوان بی سرپرست مقیم در مراکز نگهداری دختران بی سرپرست در شهر مشهد که به فراخوان محقق پاسخ مثبت داده بودند، به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه مساوی آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. مداخله به شیوه گروهی، طی 8 جلسه بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال و پرسشنامه نگرش های ناکارآمد کودکان و نوجوانان دوالساندرو و بورتون بود که شرکت کنندگان در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون به سئوالات آنها پاسخ دادند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری (MANCOVA) استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل از لحاظ انعطاف­پذیری شناختی و نگرش ناکارآمد (کمال­گرایی خودمحور) تفاوت معنی­داری وجود دارد (001/0>P). بنابراین تلفیق روش های درمان پذیرش و تعهد و ذهن آگاهی باعث افزایش انعطاف­پذیری شناختی و کاهش نگرش ناکارآمد (کمال­­گرایی خودمحور) دختران بی سرپرست گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است.
