اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی خانواده محور بر تعامل مادر- فرزند و میزان پرخاشگری کودکان پیش‌دبستانی

چکیده

با توجه به این موضوع که نوع رابطه والد- فرزند نقش بسزایی در رشد یا اختلال کودک دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر خانواده بر بهبود رابطه مادر- فرزند و کاهش پرخاشگری انجام شد. در یک طرح شبه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل، 27 کودک با نشانه‌های پرخاشگری با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در دو گروه آزمایش (10) و گروه کنترل (17) قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش مداخلات مبتنی بر رویکرد رشد یکپارچه انسان و گروه کنترل مداخله نما (ایمنی در خیابان) را دریافت کرد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رابطه مادر- فرزند و پرسشنامه پرخاشگری کودکان پیش‌دبستانی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد مداخلات رابطه مثبت کلی مادر- فرزند را به‌طور معناداری افزایش و خرده مقیاس‌های تعارض و وابستگی را به‌طور معناداری کاهش داد اما در خرده مقیاس نزدیکی افزایش معناداری حاصل نشد همچنین پرخاشگری به‌طور معناداری کاهش یافت. مداخلات توانست رابطه مادر- فرزند را بهبود بخشیده و پرخاشگری را کاهش دهد. این امر لزوم طراحی یک مداخله جامع و در ارتباط با انواع چالش‌های رشدی دوران کودکی را آشکار می‌سازد.
