بررسی میزان اثر بخشی زوج درمانی یکپارچه نگر بر کاهش افسردگی، علایم استرس پس از سانحه و افزایش گذشت و روابط صمیمانه پس از خیانت همسر

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف اثربخشی زوج درمانی یکپارچه نگر بر کاهش آسیب های ناشی از خیانت همسر صورت گرفت.
روش تحقیق نیمه تجربی بود و از طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل زوجینی بود که به دلیل مشکل خیانت همسر (مرد) به یکی از مراکز مشاوره شهر اصفهان مراجعه کرده بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 29 زوج بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در گروه آزمایش (15 زوج) و کنترل (14 زوج) جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای اندازه-گیری، پرسشنامه ‌های افسردگی بک، استرس پس از سانحه، صمیمیت زوجین و انگیزه های بین فردی مرتبط با آسیب بود. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه زوج درمانی یکپارچه نگر دریافت کردند. یافته های تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (مانوا) تجزیه وتحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که زوج درمانی یکپارچه نگر افسردگی و علایم استرس پس از سانحه را کاهش داده است و باعث افزایش بخشودگی و صمیمیت شده است. بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه اثربخشی زوج درمانی یکپارچه نگر بر کاهش افسردگی و علایم استرس پس از سانحه و افزایش گذشت و صمیمیت در زوجین مواجه با خیانت زناشویی تایید شد.
