اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های مقابله با استرس بر سلامت روان و عزت نفس دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه اول دبیرستان های شهرستان یزد

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های مقابله با استرس بر سلامت روان و عزت نفس دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه اول دبیرستان های شهرستان یزد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پلاسیبو بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه را دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه اول دبیرستان های شهرستان یزد تشکیل دادند، که 90 نفر از این دانش‌آموزان، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و در سه گروه آزمایش، کنترل و پلاسیبو تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش در 9 جلسه حداکثر 75 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش مهارت های مقابله با استرس قرار گرفت. پس از اعمال مداخله آزمایشی، از هر سه گروه پس آزمون به عمل آمد. جهت سنجش متغیرهای اصلی مدل از پرسشنامه 28 سوالی سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و عزت نفس کوپراسمیت استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس یک راهه نشان داد که نمره سلامت روان (05/0 P
