اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر شادکامی دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی بر شادکامی دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه‌ی اول بود.
روش: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های نیمه‌تجربی(طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل نابرابر) می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره متوسطه اول منطقه ششتمد، در سال تحصیلی 1395- 1394 بوده است. نمونه پژوهش شامل30 نفر دانش‌آموز پسر دوره‌ی متوسطه اول بود که به شیوة نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش تقسیم شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد بود که در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه‌ی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی شرکت کردند. فرض شده بود که آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند میزان شادکامی را در دانش‌آموزان افزایش دهد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس یک‌راهه (ANCOVA)، نشان داد که آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند باعث افزایش شادکامی دانش‌آموزان ‌شود(05/0>P). میزان تفاوت نمرات گروه آزمایش و کنترل یا اندازه تأثیر دوره آموزشی نیز(23/0=2 η) است؛ یعنی 23 درصد واریانس نمرات کل باقی‌مانده متأثر از ذهن‌آگاهی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of Mindfulness Training on Happiness among High School Students.
Method: This study used a quasi-experimental study (pretest-posttest design with a control group unequal). The study population included all high school boys of Sheshtamad during the academic year 1395- 1394. The sample consisted of 30 high school boys by multistage cluster sampling method who were to randomly divide into control and experimental groups. The instrument used in this study was Oxford Happiness Questionnaire was used in the pre- and post-test. Experimental group participated in 8 sessions of mindfulness training. The assumption was that mindfulness training may increase happiness among students.
Findings: The results of ANCOVA, showed that mindfulness training may increase happiness among students (05/0> P). The differences between experimental and control groups or measure the impact of training courses (23/0 = 2 η), ie 23% of the remaining variance by mindfulness.
