اثر بخشی گروه ‌درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش علایم غم غربت، اضطراب و تنظیم هیجانی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف: بررسی اثر بخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر علایم غم غربت، اضطراب و تنظیم شناختی هیجانی دانشجویان جدید الورود دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد.
روش: شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. نمونه شامل 30نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود که 15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه گواه گمارده شدند. اعضای گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه گروه‌درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت کردند و به اعضای گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای ارائه نشد. قبل و بعد از اجرای مداخله پرسشنامه های غم غربت، اضطراب و تنظیم هیجانی دانشجویان توسط گروه نمونه تکمیل شدند.
یافته ها: در پس آزمون و پیگیری، علایم غم غربت و اضطراب در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری داشته‌است و تنظیم هیجانی دانشجویان بهبود یافت. یافته‌های پژوهش مؤید این مهم است که گروه‌درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد باعث کاهش احساس غربت و اضطراب دانشجویان می گردد و نیز تنظیم هیجانی آنان را افزایش می دهد.
