اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش شدت درد بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

هدف: تعیین اثر بخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش شدت درد بیماران مبتلا به «مولتیپل اسکلروزیس» است.
 روش:  روش این  پژوهش،  نیمه تجربی از نوع پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه گواه است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس  در تابستان سال 1395 شهر اراک بودند.از میان بیماران مراجعه­کننده به مراکز درمانی شهر «اراک»، سی نفر به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه،  به  صورت تصادفی گمارش شدند.  برای گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه  درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد اجرا شد. از  مقیاس  چند بعدی درد  «وست هان ییل» در دو مرحله پیش آزمون- پس آزمون استفاده شد؛ همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که  تفاوت معناداری بین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون گروه آزمایش در شدت درد وجود داشت؛ اما این تفاوت در گروه کنترل مشاهده  نشد. نتایج به دست آمده، از تأثیر روش پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش درد مبتلایان به ام. اس. حمایت می­کند. همچنین با توجه به داده­های  حاصله مبتنی بر تأثیر مثبت پذیرش و تعهد، توصیه می­­گردد تا از این روش در مراکز درمانی استفاده شود
