اثربخشی روان‌درمانی گروهی هیجان مدار بر افزایش امید و بخشودگی بین فردی در نشانگان ضربه عشق

چکیده

هدف: نشانگان ضربه ی عشق، مجموعه علائم شدیدی است که پس از فروپاشی یک رابطه ی رمانتیک بروز پیدا می کند، عملکرد فرد را در زمینه های متعدد، مختل می کند و مشکلاتی از جمله کاهش امید و عدم بخشودگی را در فرد ایجاد می کند. هدف از این مطالعه اثربخشی روان‌درمانی گروهی هیجان مدار بر افزایش امید و بخشودگی بین فردی در نشانگان ضربه عشق می باشد.
روش: این مطالعه، شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاههای مشهد، می باشد که دارای نشانگان ضربه عشق هستند. روش نمونه گیری، هدفمند و داوطلبانه می باشد و در نهایت30 نفر از دانشجویان، با توجه به معیارها انتخاب شدند و بطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. در جریان مداخله 6 نفر از آنها از ادامه درمان انصراف دادند، بنابراین حجم نمونه به 24 نفر رسید، که در نهایت در هر گروه کنترل و آزمایشی 12 نفر حضور داشتند. گروه آزمایشی، 10 جلسه درمان هیجان مدار را دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل در این مدت درمانی را دریافت ننمودند.
یافته ها: میانگین هر دو مؤلفه در پس آزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون افزایش یافت و تفاوت معناداری در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل در پس آزمون ایجاد شد (P< 0/05). بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، می توان دریافت که درمان هیجان مدار می تواند به طور معناداری باعث افزایش امید و بخشودگی بین فردی در مراجعان شود.
