طراحی مدل جامع آموزش سلامت روانی و اجتماعی کارکنان زندان‌های استان کرمانشاه

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی و نیازسنجی مدل آموزش سلامت روانی و اجتماعی کارکنان زندان‌های استان کرمانشاه بود.
روش: روش پژوهش این مطالعه ترکیبی و از نوع اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی ابتدا محتوای اسناد علمی تحلیل و طبقه‌بندی شد و با 11 نفر از صاحب‌نظران و کارشناسان موضوعی که با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی و به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند، مصاحبه باز انجام شد و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع ادامه یافت. در بخش کمّی، از روش پیمایشی و کاربردی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه­ی کارکنان 10 زندان استان کرمانشاه در سال 1400 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، 100 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه‌ی آماری انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل علّی مدل ارائه شده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در شناسایی نیاز­های آموزش سلامت روانی و اجتماعی کارکنان زندان‌های استان کرمانشاه، تعداد 103 شاخص اولیه به دست آمد که این شاخص‌ها در 12 عامل کلی و 2 دسته سلامت روانی و سلامت اجتماعی دسته­بندی شدند. بر اساس نتایج مصاحبه و روش دلفی، پذیرش خویشتن خودکنترلی، رشد و توسعه فردی، بهزیستی روانی، بهزیستی هیجانی، کیفیت زندگی، عدالت درک شده، مشارکت اجتماعی، تعلق گروهی، سازگاری اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی مهم‌ترین نیاز­های آموزش سلامت روانی و اجتماعی کارکنان زندان‌های استان کرمانشاه می‌باشند.

Designing a Comprehensive Model of Mental and Social Health Training for Prison Employees in Kermanshah Province

Method: The research method of this study was composite and exploratory. In the qualitative part, the content of the scientific documents was first analyzed and classified, Moreover, 11 experts and subject matter experts, who were selected purposefully using the snowball method, were interviewed until saturation criterion was reached. In the quantitative part, survey and applied methods were used. The statistical population of this research included all employees of 10 prisons in Kermanshah province. Using stratified random sampling, 100 people were selected as a statistical sample. For the causal analysis of the presented model, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model have been conducted.
Findings: The results of this research showed that in identifying the mental and social health training needs of prison employees in Kermanshah province, a number of 103 primary indicators were obtained. These indicators were then divided into 12 general factors and 2 categories of mental health and social health. According to the results of the interviews and the Delphi method, self-acceptance, self-control, personal growth and development, psychological well-being, emotional well-being, quality of life, perceived justice, social participation, group belonging, social adaptation, social trust, social support are the most important needs of mental health education for the employees of prisons in Kermanshah province.
