نقش میانجی خود تمایزیافتگی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در ارتباط کیفیت روابط ابژه با رضایت زناشویی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش کیفیت روابط ابژه در رضایت زناشویی با میانجی­گری نقش خود تمایزیافتگی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی با رویکرد مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش کلیه‌ی افراد متأهل دارای تعارضات زناشویی مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک­ های روانشناسی و مشاوره شهر مشهد در سال 1400-1399 بودند که حداقل دو سال از ازدواجشان گذشته باشد. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه ­گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. از مجموع 300 پرسشنامه توزیع‌شده 260 پرسشنامه واجد ملاک‌های لازم جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل تشخیص داده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها شامل پرسشنامه ­های روابط ابژه، تنظیم شناختی هیجان، تمایزیافتگی خود و رضایت زناشویی بود. داده­ ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
 یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که کیفیت روابط ابژه پیش­بینی کننده‌ی میزان رضایت زناشویی است (05/0>p). همچنین خود تمایزیافتگی و تنظیم شناختی منفی هیجان نقش میانجی را دارد (05/0>p)؛ بنابراین، چه در مشاوره­های پیش از ازدواج و چه در جلسات زوج‌درمانی اهمیت توجه متغیرهای مبتنی بر مفاهیم روانکاوی همچون کیفیت روابط ابژه و خود تمایزیافتگی و تنظیم مداخلات بر مبنای این مفاهیم با توجه به اینکه میزان دخالت خانواده و وابستگی به خانواده همواره به­ عنوان یکی از مهم­ترین علل طلاق مطرح بوده، اهمیت فراوانی دارد.
