اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی با رویکرد چندوجهی بر خودپنداره و اهمال‌کاری

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی با رویکرد چندوجهی لازاروس بر خودپنداره و اهمال‌کاری اجرا شد.جامعه موردمطالعه شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد دزفول در مقطع کارشناسی بود. 30 نفر از جامعه موردمطالعه که در پرسشنامه اهمال‌کاری نمره بالاتری کسب کرده بودند و خود پنداره پایین‌تری داشتند به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایشی و گواه گمارده شدند. پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون وگروه گواه بود. برای گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه مشاوره گروهی به شیوه چندوجهی برگزار شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل آزمون خودپنداره راجرز و پرسشنامه اهمال‌کاری بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (مانوا) و تحلیل واریانس تک متغیره در متن مانواانجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه ازنظرخودپنداره و اهمال‌کاری تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد.
دستاورد نهایی این پژوهش، اثربخشی کاربرد رویکرد چندوجهی بر مشکلات خود پنداره و اهمال‌کاری دانشجویان بود
